"The path to a peaceful humanity lies
through the hearts of women; we must show the way."

VESSELS OF PEACE SUPPORTS THE WISEUSA PROJECT

Join us in supporting WiseUSA 'O8,  a global non-partisan program of meditation, prayer, and the arts to call forth wisdom and compassion during the US election season from October 1 to November 6, 2008. WiseUSA is a project of the Gaiafield Center for Subtle Activism, a global network of "subtle activists" of any tradition who use spiritual or consciousness practices, such as meditation, prayer, or ecstatic dance, to support collective healing & social change.

Vessels of Peace practices are one form of “subtle activism.” In conjunction with the WiseUSA project, we are holding sacred space for the highest good of all (our country and our planet) during this election process in the US. We encourage you to daily hold space for this intention. A posting on our LightPages Bulletin Board includes both a prayer and a blessing that might be used. In addition, we are dedicating two of our Sunday evening meditation calls to this purpose (10/19 and 11/2  -- Meditation information is below.)

The Gaiafield Center together with Vessels of Peace and several other leading organizations invites you to participate in public gatherings or in teleconferences and audio webcasts, interactive web discussions, or as part of your personal spiritual practice. There will be a special Global Ceremony webcast on Sunday November 2nd. Please visit their website for more information and inspiration - and help us all hold sacred space for the highest good of all.
